Building on the fundamentals of the Clean Water Act, this seminar will address the rapidly changing world of stormwater compliance, including both the regulatory and technical issues involved in meeting the complex requirements. This seminar covers the many changes to the recently issued proposed 2021EPA General Permit. Highlights include development of Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs), comparison of EPA 2020 MSGP with state specific permits, tips, Best Management Practices (BMPs) and pitfalls and the looming issues around PFAS and PFOA contamination.

AFS presents a variety of technical and management conferences (in both in-person and virtual formats). The refund policy for AFS conferences is as follows: 1) Substitutions are accepted at no charge at any time up until the start of the conference; 2) Full refunds are offered if AFS is notified in writing of cancellation at least 30 days in advance of the conference. No refunds or credits are available for less than 30 days written notice.
