John Flood is an award-winning business leader with over 20 years of experience championing critical programs and driving operational transformations. Identified in the top 10% of the company as a Next Generation Leader while at Motorola, John played a crucial role in producing and delivering the industry-changing RAZR phone, and dramatically improved customer satisfaction partnering with major global players, such as Verizon Wireless.


Since 2001, John, a certified PMP (Project Management Professional) has taught Operations Management at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, earning the Distinguished Faculty and Instructor Awards on three occasions. He also facilitates many successful project management courses for corporate clients.


As a former U.S. Army Executive Officer, John successfully commanded a military unit in Germany, earning numerous accolades. John gets things done with a sense of urgency and his focus on the customer is unwavering.


John recently served as Vice President of Operations for Hyper Micros Systems, a privately owned company specializing in asset recovery, remarketing, and distribution of new and refurbished consumer electronics and IT Equipment. Prior to that he was the Operations Director of Tovar Snow Professionals.
