Building and Strengthening Relationships on the Job Removing roadblocks and solving unexpected issues are always a part of a leader's role. However, some days it can be overwhelming. With interactive discussion, activities, and tools we'll look at navigating the ups and downs in today's complex environment and the emotional triggers that can affect our frustration or our productivity measures all day long. Learning to improve our emotional intelligence has a deep and lasting impact on building even stronger relationships needed for sustained performance over time.
