Are you mulling mixing your green sand for the same amount of time for each batch? During a presentation at 1 p.m. CT July 14, "Use of Mull-to Energy Strategies for Improved Control of Green Sand System," we'll discuss how some foundries have used mulling-to-energy as an alternative for better sand consistency and increased throughput.

Presenter Dr. Paul David Paulsen has served as Technical Director at Furness-Newburge, Inc.(Versailles, KY) for more than two decades. He holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering with a concentration in Air Pollution; he achieved Professional Engineer Status in 2005. Dr. Paulsen has written articles for Carbon, Ozone Science and Engineering, and Foundry Trade Journal, on top of several conference presentations.
