Purpose:The purpose of this workshop is to diagnose the current impacts on retention, identify opportunities for improvement, and define a strategic plan to move forward.This workshop is intended to provide a breakthrough for the strategic and tactical efforts to improve retention.Process:We will follow a simple 6-step process using templates and a facilitator to help us to achieve insight and to be efficient with our time.Desired Outcomes:
