The purpose of this course is to provide Operations and Training Leaders with tools and templates to support training efforts at their facilities. This course will provide a strategic view of industrial training with specific applications based on your company’s situation. This workshop is highly interactive, and you will be asked to share your experience and insight. This workshop will focus discussions around training strategies and solutions specifically for operations / production and maintenance employees.
