In addition to the group rate, there will be a daily resort fee of $25.00 per room, per night, which is subject to (currently) 12.57% tax and includes unlimited resort-wide premium wireless internet access in guest rooms, public areas, and meeting space, in-room coffee and tea service, access to Agave, The Arizona Spa facilities (guests must be at least 18 years or older), access to pools & water park, Run Concierge, and boot camp, yoga, and Wellness Walk classes, complimentary two-hour bike rental per registered guest per day (based on availability), tennis, pickleball, and basketball court privileges, including equipment rental.
Reservations within the room block are due by Friday, Aug. 20. All room nights not reserved will become subject to the Resort’s general inventory and will not be guaranteed at the AFS rate. To avoid a one-night's room and tax charge, reservations must be canceled at least twenty-one (21) days prior to scheduled arrival.
The optional golf tournament will begin at 12:27 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 12. Make reservations in advance through AFS to ensure your participation. Conference Cancellations & Substitutions
Substitutions will be accepted anytime. However, cancellation of registrants with full refunds must be received in writing by Thursday, August 12, 2021; no refunds will be granted after that date. In the unlikely event the conference is cancelled for any reason, AFS liability is limited to the return of the registration fee.
