The event is all inclusive. Lodging, transportation to various locations, and breakfast, lunch and dinner will be covered by the $1,200.00 (USD) registration fee. AFS will handle all scheduling and processing of said services. Note: You are responsible for your airfare and transportation to and from the airport on arrival and departure days, as well as any additional hotel costs that fall outside of the dates October 13 - October 17.
