There is an 11:00 am shuttle already arranged for those who will need to take the shuttle from Crowne Plaza to Miller stadium the day of the meeting. You can store your luggage at the Crowne Plaza since check-in is 3:00 pm.
Return shuttle from Miller park starts during the 8
th inning. You will need to make those arrangements with the hotel for your return from Miller Park to Crowne Plaza. Please call 414/475-9500 to make your return arrangements. Shuttle runs every hour.
Room Cancellation: by 6:00 pm the day before arrival
Conference Cancellation and Substitutions: Substitutions will be accepted anytime. However, cancellations of confirmed registrants with a full refund of fees will not be accepted unless received at least two weeks prior to the conference date. In the unlikely event the conference is canceled for any reason, AFS liability is limited to the return of the registration fee.
